eCollector is Granite’s proprietary, automated electronic discovery collection tool. The eCollector technology suite provides your legal team with fast, defensible solutions for complex document collection needs. eCollector is user friendly, easy to support and the only software like it in the legal industry.
Leveraging the eCollector suite, Granite consultants perform defensible collections of relevant information from laptops, workstations and network servers. eCollector automatically de-duplicates the data, stores all collected documents, their associated metadata and complete collection activity logs into a consolidated project database. eCollector has extensive reporting capabilities, performs file analysis and filtering and can import data into virtually any review application.
eCollector Enterprise is a web-based application that provides an easily administered, centralized solution for managing even the largest collection projects. It supports centralized collections, custodian self-selected collections and even web-based collections through secure internet sites and VPN connections.
eCollector Enterprise simplifies and standardizes electronic discovery preservation projects by centralizing project tracking and reporting for litigation hold notice distribution, data preservation and filtering processes. eCollector Enterprise is the solution to standardizing processes for automated eDiscovery collection projects across the corporation - a single system that supports multiple projects with distinctly different requirements.
eCollector Portable is a Java-based application that provides fast and defensible on-site or remote electronic document and email collection from laptops, workstations and any local or mapped network drives. eCollector Portable enables targeted collections at the directory, folder or individual file level and automatically creates a complete activity log for every collection, with complete metadata – including source information – for every file collected.
The solution for quick collection projects where eCollector Enterprise is not available, this portable application is perfect for collection projects for remote offices, distributed personnel (e.g. sales force staff) and production/lab workstations. Collected data is easily integrated with other project materials collected with the eCollector Enterprise edition.
