Significant changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure related to discovery took effect on December 1, 2015. This presentation focuses on the content of the rule changes, committee notes, impact of these amendments on discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) and provides practical applications for managing ESI in e-Discovery strategies.
